MD, MHA
Dr. Banitt, joined Northwest Eye Surgeons in 2019. Previously, he worked for the University of Washington and the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami Florida. He has practiced refractive surgery for over 15 years. He was one of the first physicians to perform the SMILE operation in Washington and has performed the most SMILE surgery in Washington. He has completed two specialties (Cornea, external disease and refractive surgery as well as glaucoma) and has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles. He has traveled nationally and internationally to give lectures and teach surgery. Running is his past time and has completed 9 marathons.

O.D., F.A.A.O.
Dr. Yadav, joined the Northwest Eye Surgeons team in 2022. She provides pre- and postoperative care, as well as medical care, at the Seattle clinic. Dr. Yadav completed her residency in Ocular Disease at the Baltimore Veterans Affairs Hospital. During her residency, she completed clinical rotations at Wilmer Eye Institute, Johns Hopkins University, in addition to working with several private practices in the areas of retina, glaucoma, and refractive surgery management.

Certified Ophthalmic Assistant
Danielle joined Northwest Eye Surgeons in 2018 and brings over 7 years of experience in the ophthalmic field. Her expertise spans multiple areas of patient care, including refractive procedures and pediatric ophthalmology, making her a versatile and valuable member of the clinic team.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, spending quality time with family and friends, and enjoying a good film.
She’s passionate about helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their vision care journey—and she’s always ready to SMILE with you.

Consultation Concierge
Fernando is a key member of the Refractive SMILE LASIK team at the Northwest Eye Surgeons Seattle office, where he helps guide patients through their vision correction journey with care and clarity. Prior to joining the team, he worked as a training instructor in the insurance industry, developing and leading programs for both new and existing employees.
He holds a degree in History from the University of Washington and brings strong communication and support skills to his role.
Outside the clinic, Fernando enjoys writing, singing karaoke, and hiking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Office Manager
Lin joined our team in 2024. With years of experience in office management and a strong background in accounting, she supports the office to run smoothly and efficiently, focusing on streamlining administrative processes, improving communication and fostering a positive work environment for everyone.
